General Information

We take your security and privacy very seriously. We encrypt all your data so that no-one can see it, NOT EVEN US. We encrypt your password on our servers so that it cannot be read by anyone it shouldn't be. We don't share your data with anyone else without your permission. By using our withdraw Options to withdraw your earnings, we don't hold any of your financial information. This is covered in more detail in our Privacy Promise. SocialDM does not share it's user data with third parties. When you join SocialDM, you agree to our information use and data protection policy as explained in our terms and conditions.

If you leave SocialDM, we'll remove as much information as we can about your account other than data we are required to hold under statute.

However you opt to cashout your earnings, we do everything in our power to get your earnings to you right away. Usually money will appear in your Payment Method within a few minutes of you asking for it and if you've chosen to cash out your rewards to a gift card, you should receive an email from us within a few minutes too.

(Banking hours, public holidays and systems outside SocialDM's control can sometimes cause a delay.)

Once you've signed up with SocialDM, you will receive a personal invite link that you can share with friends to use when they sign up. You'll see an “Invite Center" tab on your SocialDM dashboard - this is where you'll find your invite link which you can share via email or your social accounts. Your referral must sign up through your link and when they make their first cash out, you'll earn a reward in your SocialDM Account. Remind them there is no minimum cash out amount!

Surveys & Apps

Offers are available to everyone – you just need to go to Offer Center! You'll see a “Offer Center” tab on your SocialDM dashboard where you'll find all listed high paying offers.

Offers are updated every 24hrs. So you will receive new offers every 24 hrs.

There are a number of reasons the offers providers will decline a offer and deem it as unsuccessful.

  • Always answer honestly – this means we can continue to provide you with more offers that are relevant to you.
  • Complete the offer once it’s been opened – once you’ve started a offer, please don’t leave it to complete later; the offer will most likely ‘time out’ and will be deemed as unsuccessful
  • Only use one device – make sure you complete a offer on the same device that you started it on; if you try and carry on a offer on a different device, the offer provider may class this as ‘suspicious activity’ as it may look like you’re trying to complete the same offer more than once.
  • Use a valid internet connection – if you’re using a VPN, proxy or Tor, please make sure you turn it off before taking a offer; our offer providers are less likely to decline your offer if you’re using a valid IP connection.
  • Don’t use offensive language – it is not tolerated by our offer providers and will result in an immediate ban. Some of our providers have a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulently completed surveys and will result in an immediate ban with no warning.

After completing a task, please allow 5-10 minutes for it to register back to our system. If you still aren't credited you either did the task incorectly by not following the directions, OR you already completed the task in the past. If you still think it's an error and can provide proof, please contact our support team.

Yes. You can update your Payment Method details by going to your account setting page.

If you are having trouble logging in, there are 3 things that could be going wrong.

  1. Are you entering the wrong email address? Double check the email address you used.
  2. Did you sign up with a different email address? Make sure you are entering the correct email address when trying to log in.
  3. Have you forgotten your password? No problem, you can reset your password.

Yes. You can make changes to your account from the “Account” tab on your SocialDM dashboard. If you would like to change the email address that you use to log in to your account you can do so here. Remember, you are only permitted to have one SocialDM account so edit your email address to the one you want to use rather than create a new account.
